Training Session wasn't too taxing tonight. It's the start of a new training regime so I've established some goals:
- 10K4N Run 10/10/10
- Run the 10K in under 1 hour 20 mins
- Lose 5 KG by 10/10/10
- Decrease the inches
- Improve on core fitness:
- Plank Test
- Press Up Test
- Sit up Test
- 1K run test (currently 6:57)
